This contract is signed within 10-14 days of the accepted offer. The PSA is the formalized binding agreement includes all the details from the offer. The buyer's remainder deposit is due at this time and held in escrow till we close.
After the PSA is executed, the bank will hire an independent appraiser to visit your home and submit several comparable properties to ensure that your property is being sold for a reasonable amount.
The lender will issue a commitment up to 3 weeks prior to closing.
